Beaconsfield Bathroom Renovations is a design-led bathroom, ensuite and laundry renovation service for homes across Beaconsfield, Upper Beaconsfield, Berwick, Officer, Pakenham and the Dandenong Ranges foothills. We exist for homeowners who want their bathroom done properly once: carefully designed, waterproofed to AS 3740, finished with precision and handed over with the paperwork to prove it.

We believe the quality of a bathroom is decided long before the first tile goes down. It is decided in the conversation about how you use the room, in the drawings that fix every niche and tap height, in the membrane you will never see, and in the sequence that keeps trades from rushing each other. That is where we spend our effort.

How we work

Consult

Every project begins with a design consultation in your home. We look at the room, the structure around it, the plumbing, ventilation and access, and we listen to how your household uses the space. We will tell you honestly what is possible and what we would recommend.

Design

We develop a layout and specification that covers fixtures, tapware, tiles, lighting, storage and ventilation, with set-out details such as niche positions and tile lines resolved before work starts. You approve a clear, written scope.

Build

A single coordinator manages licensed and insured trades through demolition, rough-in, waterproofing, tiling, fit-off and finishing. Membranes are given their full cure time. You receive regular updates and know who is on site each day.

Handover

We walk you through the finished room, explain care and maintenance, and provide the waterproofing certificate, plumbing compliance documentation and product warranties.
